Each 8 1/2" X 11" guidebook includes an introduction, a section on the region's geologic background, lists of specific trip objectives and localities, detailed driving directions, descriptions of localities, and references. Our guidebooks are written at the level of the interested layperson but cover all modern research activities in the literature. The guidebooks are profusely illustrated utilizing maps, diagrams, drawings, tables, and photographs by both authors, as well as published diagrams from the scientific literature.
